Muroc Dry Lake Racing T-Shirt - BLACK

Muroc Dry Lake was one of the first spots in America where gearheads could take their modified rides for speed trials. When WWII began, the lake was taken by the military and became Rogers Dry Lake and Edwards Air Force base. Though cars could no longer run, speed remained, as this was the very location where Chuck Yeager and the Bell X-1 broke the sound barrier. This design is a tribute to those early drivers who put it all on the line for the thrill of speed.
